A Card A Day In May – Day 4
Today theme was “Your Choice”, I went with a no stamping card, since it was a gorgeous day here in Minnesota! All of us were outside most of the day, we got all the flowers planted, worked in the garden, added tomatoes, watermelons, cucumbers and pumpkins to our potatoes. I still need to get some green beans and maybe peas, we shall see. Back to the card at hand, I use the Turtle-y Cute 12×12 designer series paper that will be available in the new catalog on Tuesday. Personally I am still figuring these turtles out, I do love the back side, so more of that will be ahead.
The base of the card is Garden Green followed by Flirty Flamingo that was ran through the So Swirly embossing folder. The turtle was cut out of the designer series paper, its size measures 2 inches x 4 inches. Say Something ephemera pack for the saying. No stamping card are quick and easy but yet they can look amazing! Finished off with the new on-line exclusive Holographic Resin Dots, they are also available on Tuesday. I love the way they seem to pick up the blues from the saying and in the designer series paper.

A Card A Day In May – Day 3
Today’s theme was Mother’s Day! I couldn’t find a stamp that said those exact words, so I had to use a different saying, but in the end it turned out.
The base of the card is Pretty In Pink followed by a layer of Summer Splash and then Basic White embossed with the Eyelet 3D embossing folder. The stamp set is Mixed Florals and the saying is from Mixed Labels, using both stamp sets and dies. For the saying, I cut the bottom of the tag, I just didn’t like that it didn’t fit anywhere, but I wanted to use the saying. I used Blends on the flowers and the dots are from the Party Dots in Spring Mini Catalog and don’t forget my favorite things, Pop Dots. I use them all the time!

Memento Black Ink, Blends in Pretty In Pink, Summer Splash, Daffodil Delight all in light & dark shades and the color lifter. A Card A Day In May – Day 2
Today’s theme is “Thank You” so I pulled out all the new items that will be available on May 6. Fun new colors to play with and beautiful designer series paper and a new on-line exclusive stamp set.
The base of the card is Secret Sea, a new in-color, followed by a layer of Petunia Pop card stock and the new Florals In Bloom designer series paper, went back to an old technique of simply tearing the edge of the paper. The stamp set is called Blooming Phrases and its stamped in Secret Sea and finally Secret Sea 2025-2027 In Colors Flat Pearls.
