Welcome!!!
Hello!
Welcome to my blog, I am very happy that you have found me! I am Brenda Taylor, Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, I will be celebrating 19 years in June with SU! I fell in love with SU simply because of their color system, I love how things coordinate together. My business has been up and down over the years from doing in-home parties and classes to taking a few years off when my kids were younger to now where I am building an online business. I am very excited about the new catalog that will be live on May 5th, 2026. If you do not have a current demonstrator and would like a catalog, please send me an email with your name and mailing address and I will pop one in the mail for you, [email protected]

You can find me on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest my name is Memories by Brenda. I have always loved scrapbooking and when I was thinking of a name, that is how I came up with “memories”, my kids love looking through their books and its just amazing to watch them going through their memories.

Fall Gathering
Feature Item of the Week is Gathering Moments stamps and dies. There is an entire suite that you can purchase as well. I started with the bundle and just ordered the paper last week in the free shipping deal.

My card today is using the stamps and dies, along with a few other items. I had to be a little creative with y designer series paper, since I didn’t have many fall themed papers.

The base of the card is Night of Navy card stock followed by a layer of Timid Tiger. I stamped the background stamp in the Timid Tiger ink. The designer series paper is from Floral Charm designer series paper. These were just left over scraps that I had in the package, the bigger ones are 1 1/4” x 2 1/4” and the smaller one is 1 1/4” x 2 1/4”. The rounded squares are from Nested Essentials Dies and I stamped the saying in Night of Navy ink. Stamped the leaves in Timid Tiger and Old Olive and the acorn is in Pecan Pie. I did stamp off the ink and then stamped it onto the Basic White card stock and die cut them. It gives it a softer stamping look, that I felt the card needed. I added some linen thread behind the saying and added dimensionals. Still after all these years, I have no idea how/where to put thread, I just kinda of make circles and stick it to the back! Finally added Iridescent Foil Gems and your card is complete!
Join me here on Wednesday for another project and for a complete different project on my Facebook live, 5:30pm cst on my facebook, Memories By Brenda.
Happy Stampin’!

Snowy Birthday Wishes
My final project with the Festive Friends bundle is a perfect winter birthday card.

The base of the card is Highland Heather, followed by Balmy Blue card stock. I used the Beautiful Bokeh 6×6 designer series paper and used the dies to cut out the snowflakes and make the two hills. I used Balmy Blue ink and dragged it across the top of the hills that I tore. I stamped the snowman in Memento Black Ink, used Blends to color. Finally added Wink of Stella to him. I used a new punch, which will be available with the November Online Exclusives, it is called Three Banner Punch. The stamp set I used is The Right Words. The snowman and saying have dimensionals on the back of them.
Happy Stampin’!
