A Card A Day In May Day 10 & Day 11
Playing catch up from yesterday! I ended up using the same stamp set, but totally different papers and colors, so that is always fun to see some change up!
Day 10 theme was “Anniversary” when I saw this paper, I knew it screamed “Cheers” and I thought Anniversary!
The base of this card is BlackBerry Bliss followed by Daffodil Delight and Celebratory Sips 12×12 designer sereis paper. Blooming Phrases stamp set, stamped in BlackBerry Bliss and then a few Rhinestone Gems. I did use pop dots to seperate the BlackBerry Bliss & Daffodil Delight card stock layers.
Day 11 was “My Choice” for the theme! I choose an everyday card, sometimes you aren’t sure what to say, so why not Hello There!
The base of the card is Misty Moonlight followed by a layer of Fresh Freesia card stock. Thoughtful Journey 6×6 designer series paper. I stamped the saying from Blooming Phrases in Night of Navy and added Two=Tone Gems.

A Card A Day In May – Day 9
Today’s theme is “color combo” the colors are Azure Afternoon, Petunia Pop, Lemon Lime Twist & Daffodil Delight.
I choose a color block approach to my card today. Of course I had to use my favorite die set, Stylish Shapes!
Pretty simple card, normal card size, followed by a layer of 5” x 3 3/4” Basic White card stock, then each of the color are about 1 10/16” by 3 10/16” give or take a line on the ruler. I stamped the leaves in each of the colors, die cut and stamped the words and added some Rhinestones. Guess what! There are NO pop dots on this card, that might be a first!

A Card A Day In May -Day 8
Day 8 already! Today’s theme is “Get Well Soon” I couldn’t find a “get well soon” stamp that was current, so I did a little twist, but I love the way to card turned out. So that is always a plus!
The base of the card is Basic White Thick Card stock, followed by a layer of Flirty Flamingo and another layer of Basic White card stock. I know that Flirty Flamingo is not one of the coordinating colors listed on the 12 x12 ds paper, but I just didn’t like how Strawberry Slush looked with this paper and layout. Floral Impression designer series paper is a new release of the May on line exclusives. My outside strips are 1’ x 3 1/4” and the middle is 2 1/4” x 3 1/4” and then just a little strip of Basic White for the saying, stamping in Flirty Flamingo and the I brushed the edges with the Flirty Flamingo ink pad. The saying is from a new stamp set called, The Right Words and its in the annual catalog. Finally finished off with the Holographic Resin Dots and can’t forgot about the mini pop dots which are on the saying and the Flirty Flamingo layer attached to the Basic White Thick Card stock.
