Latenight Stamper’s Challenge 157
This week is a fun challenge Love/Valentine! I have always enjoyed making Valentine cards for my kids and making their boxes at school. When I was flipping through my designer series paper, I came across an unopened package of Flirtatious Specialty paper and I had an idea!

These colors just scream Valentine's Day to me! The stamp is from Outlined Occasions, which is one of the FREE sale-a-bration items that you could earn! The base of the card is Pretty in Pink followed by Wisteria Wonder. Then I cut pieces of the Flirtatious Specialty paper and laid them down and added a piece of Wisteria Wonder ruffled ribbon. I cut a 3 inch by 3 inch square of Pretty in Pink card stock and the layered a 2 3/4 inch x 2 3/4 inch whisper white square. For the doilies, I cut them apart from the bigger piece of designer series paper, if you cut each one out carefully you will be able to get 16 cards from the doilies. Finally I stamped the image in basic black ink, colored it in with SU markers and punched it out using the extra large oval punch. Of course, I added pop dots to the back of the stamped image and to the back of 3 inch square. I don't think I can make a card without using pop dots somewhere on it!
Supplies:
- Outlined Occasions stamp set
- Pretty in Pink, Wisteria Wonder & Whisper White card stock
- Flirtatious Specialty paper
- Basic Black ink pad and SU markers
- Wisteria Wonder ruffled ribbon
- Extra Large Oval punch and pop dots
Thanks for stopping by, I hope that you have enjoyed today's card.

Hearts all around
Here is another card that I made for the Late Night Stamper's challenge this week.

The base of the card is Melon Mambo followed by Whisper White and then Pretty in Pink card stock. The piece of designer series paper is from the Sale-a-bration FREE items, the Ice Cream Parlor Pack. I stamped the hearts in Melon Mambo and Pretty in Pink ink and the cut them out. I attached the large Pretty in Pink heart directly to the paper and then added a few pop dots to the Melon Mambo heart and finally I added on pop dot to the smaller heart and attached the other side directly to the Melon Mambo heart. For the little hearts on the bottom, I used the Bitty Buttons and punched out the Pretty in Pink hearts using the Heart small punch. I used a little tombow glue to attach the two and finally added pop dots. I know it sounds like a lot, but it was pretty quick to complete.
Supplies:
- I {Heart} Hearts stamp set
- Melon Mambo, Pretty in Pink & Whisper White card stock
- Ice Cream Parlor designer series paper
- Melon Mambo & Pretty in Pink ink pads
- Bitty Buttons, Heart small punch and pop dots
I hope that you can find time to play along with the Late Night Stampers group, you have until Sunday night to post your cards to the gallery.

Late Night Stamper Design Team Member!!!!
If you have been to my blog in the past few days, you would have noticed a new badge on the right hand. I am now a member of the Late Night Stamper's design team!!! I'm so excited!! Each week, there is a new challenge and this week's challenge was to create something with hearts in it. Here is what I made:

I just love the entire Greeting Card Kids stamp set, so since it has a heart in it, I was good to go. The base of the card is Real Red followed by a layer of Whisper White card stock. Then a strip of Real Red, Whisper White and Play Date designer series paper. I stamped the little girl in Basic Black and then colored her in with SU markers. She is punched out with the 1 3/8" circle punch and then its the scallop circle punch followed by the 2 1/2" circle punch. I added the ribbon and bow (following Stamper Campers bow making) with the rhinestone brad and its done.
Supplies:
- Greeting Card Kids stamp set
- Real Red & Whisper White card stock
- Play Date designer series paper
- Basic Black ink pad
- SU markers
- 1 3/8" circle punch, Scallop circle punch and 2 1/2" circle punch
- Whisper White satin ribbon, Rhinestone brad and pop dots
I hope that you will have time to play along with the rest of the group. Just be sure to upload your creation to the folder. Aren't a member of LNS?? It's easy to join, just go to yahoo groups and search for LateNightStampers and then join.
