LNS Challenge 172
There has been a few changes on the LNS design team this past week. First off, we have added new design team members!!! Check out my sidebar for everyone! Second, my weekly post for the challenge will be on Sundays. This week's challenge is "Sorry to See You Go" so basically anything that will be retiring from paper, stamps, accessories, etc. Here is my card for this week:

Pocket Silhouettes is a retiring stamp set, I will be sad to see it go, I used it quite a bit. The base of the card is Pear Pizzazz followed by Blushing Bride card stock. I added a piece of Blushing Bride designer series paper from the paper stack and added the pear pizzazz ribbon. I stamped the flower in Pear Pizzazz ink and repeated it, four times. Layered the stamped image onto Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz card stock and added a few pop dots.

Here is a card that was made at my April's card class. It uses "Up in the Air" hostess set, from the Occasion Mini catalog. Hurry, you only have until the end of the month to get this set.

The base of the card is Blushing Bride, this is an in-color that WILL BE retiring at the end of the catalog. If you like this color, I would order it soon before it runs out. I also used a piece of Blushing Bride designer series paper in the paper stack. I carefully inked up the flowers in Chocolate Chip ink and used the Blushing Bride marker to color in the butterflies. Then I finished coloring in the rest of the flowers with SU markers. I added three rhinestone jewels to the bottom.

Bordering on Romance….
Bordering on Romance is new stamp set from the Occasion Mini catalog!! This is a card that I made for a workshop invite. I like to create a card and then put the postcard inside with all the details. I want to get the card into the potential customer's hands before the party and that way they can compare it to their current items. I'm posting this on Tuesday evening, so the actually Occasion Mini catalog doesn't go live until tomorrow. I will post in the morning a link the actually catalog for you to look at. If you don't currently have a demonstrator and would like a copy, drop me a message and I will send one out to you tomorrow.
The base of the card is Island Indigo followed by a layer of Rich Razzleberry. Then I added a strip of Twitterpated designer series paper and on top of that is the new Baja Breeze pleated satin ribbon. This ribbon is a must have!!!! Be sure to add it to your next order, there are 4 colors to choose from. I stamped the main image in Basic Black ink and used SU markers to color them in. Finally I added pop dots to the back and placed it onto the card.
