Sneak Peek…..
The new Occasion Mini Catalog is due out on January 4th, 2012. Here is a sneak peek at a very cute Easter stamp set and Twitterpated designer series paper.
.jpg)
This is a cute card, but not such a good picture, sorry about that. The base of the card is Blushing Bride followed by a layer of Basic Gray card stock. Pear Pizzazz was ran through the Big Shot using the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder. Then a strip of Twitterpated designer series paper was added and using the circle punch from the Itty Bitty punches set, punched two circles out of Blushing Bride card stock. Finally added the rhinestone jewels. I stamped the images in Basic Gray ink and colored them in SU markers. There are two different images, the little girl and the bunny. Finally I stamped "Happy Easter" in Island Indigo and added a few pop dots to the layered image.
Supplies:
- Heaven Blessed and Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set
- Blushing Bride, Basic Gray, Pear Pizzazz and Whisper White card stock
- Twitterpated Designer Series Paper
- Basic Gray and Island Indigo ink pads
- Big Shot and Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder
- SU Markers
- Itty Bitty Punches
- Rhinestone Jewels
- Pop dots
I hope that you have enjoyed this sneak peek and be sure to check out my blog on January 4th for when the Occasion Mini catalog goes live.

Happy New Year 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Welcome to a 2012!!!!! I hope that everyone had a safe and happy New Years! Let me take a minute to say "Thank You" to everyone that stops by my blog, leaves a comment, attends my classes and workshops and are just a friend. I really truly appreciate each and everyone of you. Here is a New Year's card that I made as a custom order. (Yes, if you are in need of cards, I will make them just for you!)

Since SU doesn't really have anything for New Year's, I looked through the catalog a came across the Confetti stamp set and thought that I could use that to create a look. The base of the card is Basic Black followed by Rich Razzleberry, which was ran through the Big Shot, using the Snow Burst embossing folder. I stamped the image in Silver Staz On and Rich Razzleberry inks, layered that onto brushed silver and basic black card stock. For the ribbon, I used Basic Black satin ribbon and cut two pieces, one to fit around the card and then a little one to fit in the middle. I adhered the little one with a couple of glue dots. I used the decorative label punch and punched out one in basic black and whisper white. Stamped the saying from Teeny Tiny Wishes using Rich Razzleberry ink and added two rhinestone jewels, attached to the back of the main image and added pop dots to the entire piece.
Supplies:
- Confettti and Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp sets
- Basic Black, Rich Razzleberry, Brushed Silver and Whisper White card stock
- Rich Razzleberry and Silver Staz On ink pads
- Big Shot and Snow Burst embossing folder
- Basic Black satin ribbon
- Decorative Label Punch
- Rhinestone Jewels
- Pop dots and glue dots
Thanks for stopping by and have a safe and Happy 2012!!!!!

Snow Much Fun!!!!
.jpg)
I love this card, I'm not sure if it's the colors or the snowman or both. I saw a similar card, made by Mary Brown so that is where the idea came from.
The base of the card is Crumb Cake and then a strip of Pink Pirouette. The pink was ran through the Big Shot using the Snow Burst embossing folder. *GREAT news! The Snow Burst embossing folder WILL BE carried over from the Holiday Mini catalog!* Then I punched out a strip of Pool Party card stock using the Lace Ribbon Border punch. I stamped the snowman in black staz on and used SU markers to color the images in. I took crystal effects to apply the mica flakes on the bottom and added the whisper white satin ribbon.
Supplies:
- Snow Much Fun stamp set
- Crumb Cake, Pool Party, Pink Pirouette and Whisper White card stock
- Black Staz on ink pad
- SU markers
- Mica flakes and crystal effects
- Big Shot and Snow Burst embossing folder
- Whisper White satin ribbon
- Ribbon Border Punch
If you like the Mica Flakes, you only have a few days left to order them. They are in the Holiday Mini catalog and that catalog ends on January 3, 2012.
