Rock -n- Roll Vintage Vogue

When I saw "Vintage Vogue", I wasn’t crazy about it, then I saw so many beautiful samples made with it, so I decided to purchase it.  Then it was a plus, when I learned that it will be in the new idea book and catalog coming out later this year.  Here is my first card with Vintage Vogue, it using the rock -n- roll technique.  Basically you stamp the image in one color and then roll the edges into another one. 

I used 2 different purples, so it is a little bit harder to see the shades, but it really turned out great!  I started with Eggplant Envy and then added Lavender Lace.  I stamped the flowers using Lavender Lace first, then rolled on the Eggplant Envy and finally stamped the leaves with Old Olive.  I stamped the saying in Eggplant Envy and then cut out the flowers and added the circle ice rhinestone brads and attached that to the saying.  Finally, add the Old Olive ribbon and finished the card.

• Vintage Vogue & Whimsical Words stamp set
• Eggplant Envy, Lavender Lace and Whisper White card stock
• Eggplant Envy, Lavender Lace & Old Olive ink pads
• Ice Circle Rhinestone brads, Old Olive grosgrain ribbon and pop dots
