TSSC #42

I enjoyed working with this sketch challenge this week.  It was a nice change from the weekend, I am getting ready for a craft/gift fair for Saturday.  Here is my card, it uses my favorite new accessories, Season of Cheer rub ons and Alpine Ribbon.  I started out with Real Red card stock and then added Chocolate Chip cs and Ski Slope designer series paper.  I used the reindeer from Merry and Bright stamp set and the two tag punches.  I used the 1" double stitched Chocolate Chip ribbon and layered the Alpine Ribbon on top of that.  Finally I added my rub ons.  Sorry for the bad picture, I think that it is time for a new camera.  In making the reindeer tag, I stamped the image in Black Staz on and then I used the blender pen and Close to Cocoa re inker to color the image in.

Supplies:

  • Merry & Bright stamp set
  • Real Red, Chocolate Chip & Whisper White card stock
  • Black Staz on ink pad
  • Ski Slope designer series paper
  • Season Of Cheer rub ons, 1" wide Chocolate Chip Ribbon, Alpine Ribbon, Large & Small Tag Punches, Close to Cocoa re inker, blender pen & pop dots

Here is MJ’s sketch.  Be sure to check out her blog at noon e.s.t to see all the players.

Happy Stampin’~
