Happy Birthday!!!
Everyone has a birthday, so it is a good idea to have a few cards on hand. This card is totally for a female, but the are easy to create. Plus I get to use my Big Shot and I love that thing, along with the Perfect Polka dot texture folder. I really didn’t like the in-colors when I first saw them, but since they have been around for 6 months or so, they are starting to grow on me. I really like the Melon Mambo and Crushed Curry color combination.
I started with Melon Mambo and then added Whisper White card stock, that had been ran through the Big Shot, using the Polka dot folder. Then added a strip of Melon Mambo and Crushed Curry and added Melon Mambo polka dot ribbon. I stamped the birthday cake in Basic Black ink and then used the scallop circle punch. I colored in the image using the in-color markers and attached it to the layers using pop dots, stamped "happy birthday" in Basic Black and then attached that with pop dots to the top of the card.
Thank you for all the birthday wishes yesterday, it was a great birthday!!!

Love card
This card started out in my head as something totally different, but when I went to put it together, it changed.

The base of the card is Kraft card stock, which is something that I hardly ever use, but with my last card class I had 4 cards that used it. Then I stamped the hearts in Whisper White craft ink pad and let that dry. I used the Pinking Hearts border punch along the Real Red card stock and added Whisper White satin ribbon. I stamped the hearts in Real Red ink onto Whisper White card stock and then added a layer of basic black card stock. A few pop dots and then you are done!
Supplies:
- I {heart} Hearts stamp set
- Kraft, Real Red, Basic Black & Whisper White card stock
- Real Red ink pad and Whisper White craft ink pad
- Whisper White satin ribbon, Pinking Hearts border punch & pop dots

Here is a card from my recent monthly card class, I received a similar one in a card swap. I like the simplicity of the card and by using Whimsical Words, you can make this card for any occasion. The base of the card is Bermuda Bay, stamp on the crushed curry card stock using the crushed curry ink and tear off the top portion. Stamp your saying in Bermuda Bay ink and attach to the card using pop dots. Place a mini clip on the side and then your done.
Supplies:
- Inspired by Nature & Whimsical Words stamp set
- Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry and Whisper White card stock
- Bermuda Bay & Crushed Curry ink pads
- Mini Library Clip & Pop dots

Today’s card was made by Karen Titus, my direct upline. I like the two-step bird punch, I just might have to get this one of these days. The base of the card is Rose Red, then a layer of Bashful Blue. Then she used a strip of the Sweet Pea ds paper pack and used the scallop trim punch on that. The birds were punched out of the Sweet Pea ds paper pack as well. The words are from Teeny Tiny Wishes and are stamped in Basic Brown.
Supplies:
- Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set
- Rose Red, Bashful Blue, Pretty in Pink & Whisper White card stock
- Basic Brown ink pad
- Sweet Pea designer series paper pad
- Extra Large Two-Step Bird punch, Scallop Trim Punch, Word Window punch, Modern Label punch, Large Oval Punch
- Pretty in Pink brads and pop dots
