Razzleberry Thank You

Have you noticed the stamp set on the very last page of the 2009-2010 SU Idea book and catalog???  It is the Ronald McDonald House Charity stamp set, Very Thankful. Who doesn’t need a stamp set, just for "thank yous"?  When you purchase this set, $2 from each set will be sent to the Ronald McDonald House, what a terrific cause.   After playing with the in-colors,  I really like this color combination, Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo and a hint of Crushed Curry, also the Razzleberry Lemonade designer series paper helps.  The base of the card is Rich Razzleberry, followed by Melon Mambo and then the Razzleberry Lemonade ds paper, add the Crushed Curry polka dot  ribbon, stamp your image in Melon Mambo ink and layer that onto Crushed Curry and then Rich Razzleberry and add a few pop dots and your card is done!

Farm Life

When I saw this set in the catalog, I knew that I had to have it!!  It was on my first order, I group up on small hobby farm, I showed cattle, sheep and pigs through 4-H.  Currently my son, Andy is showing pigs this year, our county fair starts on Monday and he shows his pigs on Thursday.  He is getting very excited.                                                                  

The base of the card is Always Artichoke, then More Mustard with the Whisper White card stock, I stamped rows of the wheat in More Mustard.  I made my own designer series paper.  Then I stamped in the image in Basic Black and used my SU Markers to highlight and color a few spots.  I added the Always Artichoke Grosgrain Ribbon to break up the background a bit.  Then you have a finished card.
