Pacific Sun Petal Pizzazz

Well, I am here.  I just haven’t had much time to post.  I was getting ready for my card class the past few days and then I decided that I needed to clean out my stamp area.  Well, actually the entire basement that I have taken over.  So between card class,  putting retired stamp sets on ebay and Miss Lindsay I have neglected my blog.  This card is from my card class……

The base of the card is Summer Sun then Old Olive followed by Whisper White card stock.  The designer series paper is Good Morning Sunshine, which I love.  The flower is from Petal Pizzazz stamp set, which was inked up in Pacific Point ink and then cut out.  The leaves were stamped with Old Olive ink and stamped directly onto the Whisper White card stock.  The flower is attached with pop dots. Add a little Whisper White taffeta ribbon and your done!  I didn’t put a saying on the card, I let everyone chose their own.  This card can work for many different occasions.

Supplies:

Anyone who places a $40 order, before shipping and taxes, either directly through me or my SU website, I will send you all 8 completed cards that were made at my card class.  This is a $15 value, since that is what I charge for the class.  This offer will be good until April 30, 2009.

Also if you are interested in looking at the stamp sets that I listed on ebay, my id is: stamper4life4ever. Sorry but I can only sell & ship items within the United States.

Happy Stampin’~

Very Versatile

versatile verses

On Saturday, I went to stamp & scrapping day, hosted by Becky Goodwin.  Everyone there was so nice and they were having a blast.  Becky asked me to stop by a do a make and take item.  This is what we made.  The stamp set is from the Mini Occasion catalog, along with the designer series paper and the scallop oval punch.  For the punched items, you will need to punch 2 basic black ovals out and 1 kiwi kiss oval.  Take 1 of the basic black oval and place adhesive in the middle, then take the other basic black oval and place it on the adhesive, leaving the top scallops showing.  Add the kiwi kiss oval to the top of the 2 basic blacks ovals and there you have your basic black oval around the entire kiwi kiss oval.  I picked this saying for my card, but the "happy birthday" sayings fits in the oval punch as well.  I was surprised at fast everyone made there card, they whipped right through the line.
