Elegant Blooms ~ Sale-A-Bration set

Here is another card made with the Botanical Blooms sale-a-bration stamp set.  I really enjoy this set, I normally don’t like flower sets.  I guess that this one is growing on me. elegant blooms I picked out Always Artichoke and Elegant Eggplant as my colors and I went from there.  When I stamped the leaves on the Whisper White, I really liked that as a background paper.  I did ink the leaves in the Always Artichoke and then stamped off and stamped onto my paper.  That gives it a lighter look.  I stamped my flowers with Elegant Eggplant and stamped off with the blooms as well.  As always, I added ribbon and pop dots to my card.  This is a simple card, but I really enjoy the colors together and this card can be used for many different occasions.

Botanical Blooms ~ Sale-A-Bration set

Here is another Sale-A-Bration set that you can choose from.  I made a card similar to this one at my upline’s house yesterday, when I came home I was playing around with a few different colors and this is what I ended up with.  I used the Delicate Dots designer series paper along the side, So Saffron & Sahara Sand card stock.  The images are stamped with Sahara Sand and So Saffron, one of the reasons I love the stamp set is that it is very forgiven when you stamp, you can’t tell if you don’t get them lined up or not.   It is hard to see, but I stamped a saying from the "Congrats" stamp set, which is another sab set.

Less than 1 week till Sale-A-Bration starts, have you book your party yet??  I have some spots open, called me today to book your party.  Plus you will get a free gift from me!!  This is the BEST time to host a party, everyone loves to get the free sab sets, so in turn you will have a bigger party.  Which means more FREE SU merchandise.  This card is one that I made for a swap, I really like the colors of the designer series paper that is offered this year.

polka dots punchThe polka dot punches stamp set coordinates with the full heart, scallop circle and 5 petal flower punches.  If you purchase those three punches then you can get this set for free.   I used Bashful Blue for the base and then So Saffron and then I layered delicate dots designer series paper.  I used the scalloped border punch on the designer series paper.  For the flowers I stamped them onto Whisper White using So Saffron, Bashful Blue & Certainly Celery inks, then punched them out with the 5 petal flower punch and adhere them with pop dots.  Added the Whisper White and Certainly Celery ribbons. Then your card is finished!

Buzzin’ Bee

Did you download the new catalog yet??  I told you it was fabulous!!!!  I am still trying to figure out what I am ordering, I have it narrowed down to a few less things.  Today’s card is using the new stamp set Just Buzzin’ By, it is on page 57 of the catalog.  Buzzin' BeeI used Riding Hood Red for the base, then added Bashful Blue and finally I used Washington Apple designer series paper on the bottom.  I stamped each flower and the bee using Basic Black ink.  For the coloring I used a blender pen and re inkers (bashful blue, pumpkin pie & so saffron).  I picked the colors from the ones that matched the designer series paper.  Finally I added the Riding Hood Red striped ribbon and of course, my favorite item pop dots!
