Wish Big with Word Play!!!!
The amazing "Word Play" stamp set is 30% off this month!! In my opinion, this is one of the "gotta have" stamp sets in your collection. It helps me out when I'm looking for something a little special. The card that I made, is for my niece, who is turning 1. I wanted to use the inlayed technique that everyone is using. It's quick and easy to do, gotta love that.

I picked out my colors, by flipping through the color coach. I looked at each card, until I found the right color combination that would fit my niece. The base of the card is Perfect Plum, followed by a layer of Marina Mist and then Rose Red. I used the 1 3/4", 1 3/8", 1 1/2" and 1" circle punches and punched out the different circles. I adhered them to the Whisper White card stock and then ran the entire piece through the Big Shot, using the Square Lattice embossing folder. As you can see, I made some of the circles lay off the side, so I just cut them off, after it was embossed. For the stamped image, I colored in the words with SU markers and punched it out with the 1 3/4" circle punch. It was placed onto the 2 1/2" Perfect Plum circle and then rhinestone jewels were placed around it. Finally I added pop dots and attached it to the card.
